You can come home...

Hi friends! Today I am going to just jump right in!

This morning as I was spending time waiting on the Lord, I saw a very clear vision of a dark sky, a white house with a porch light on, and the front door opened about halfway. I heard the Lord say, "Come back home. Let us reason together."

I think there is a spirit of condemnation that we all are familiar with from time to time. Maybe you have been struggling with certain sins, backslidden, and just feeling too far from "home". Then the guilt and shame settles in and the last thing you want to do is come face the One you feel you have disappointed. I know this feeling very well. It tends to keep us further away, which tends to keep us deeper in the very thing that we are feeling ashamed of in the first place.

Listen. There is no condemnation from Christ. Repent- which means to turn away from, and run back to your loving Father. His understanding runs deeper than we could ever comprehend. His love is so mysterious. He loves us with no conditions or strings attached. He just loves us! Please let that sink in. If you were to read the entire Bible front to back, you will see that it is a love story. In the end, all He gets is us...for eternity.... to be with Him. All He wants is to love us in a way so great that it is literally too deep to comprehend in our human mind, for an eternity,- another concept too deep to comprehend!

Never underestimate your value to the Lord. You are more precious than you could ever imagine. Just where you are right now. No need to "clean up" your messes. God can handle it all. Just come to Him.

Today the Lord is calling you back home. He is waiting to embrace you.

Shame is a tactic of the enemy. Let that go.

You can come back home.
